What we collect
To sell you a digital card we ask for only what the order needs:
- your name,
- your email address,
- your phone number,
- your country,
- and, for direct top-ups only, the Player or account ID you want credited.
We do not ask for a street address, city or postcode, because nothing is shipped. Those fields are switched off at checkout rather than left optional.
Your card details
We never see them. Payment is completed on T-LYNC's own secure page, so your card or wallet details are entered there and never reach Spinor's systems. We cannot store what we never receive.
What we share, and with whom
To take a payment we send T-LYNC only what they need to process it:
- the amount of your order,
- your phone number and email address,
- and a Spinor reference so the payment can be matched to your order.
We do not send T-LYNC the contents of your order, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Google receives analytics data as described in the Analytics section below.
How your codes are protected
- Card codes are encrypted where they are stored, not held as plain text.
- A code stays hidden until you choose to reveal it, and each reveal is recorded.
- If you bought as a guest, the one-time code we send to confirm it is yours is stored only as a scrambled value and expires shortly after it is issued.
How long we keep it
Order records, invoices and the delivery history of a code are kept as long as our accounting obligations require. You can ask us to close your account at any time; records we are required to retain for accounting stay, and the rest is removed.
Cookies
Some cookies keep the shop working: keeping you signed in, remembering your basket, and remembering whether you are browsing in Arabic or English. We also use Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used, as explained below. Our payment and security providers may set their own cookies when you pay or when a security check runs.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google LLC, to count visits and understand how the site is used.
It collects the pages you view, the site that referred you, your approximate location (city and country), your device and browser type, and actions in the shop such as viewing a product, adding it to your basket and completing a purchase. For a purchase it receives the products and the amount, never your name, email address or phone number.
A first-party cookie holding a random identifier lets it recognise returning visitors.
- We use no advertising features, no Google Signals and no cross-site tracking.
- Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
- Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses.
To opt out, install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on, available for desktop browsers.
